PROTECTION OF INDIVIDUALS AND OTHER SUBJECTS IN RESPECT OF THE HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

As holder of the information, the Fondazione Cavaliere del Lavoro Ugo Foscolo, già Presidente del Banco di Roma informs that the personal information supplied by you or acquired directly by the Foundation during its work activity, may also be treated by appointed third party companies, for:

a )purposes connected to requirements of an enquiry and operational nature relating to the pursuit of the institutional aims of the Foundation;

b) the maintenance of lists and addresses necessary for the administrative management of the Foundation and to send out information about the Foundation's activity.

In addition to fulfilling an obligation prescribed by law, by a regulation or by a community rule, the data may be also be sent, also through multi-media systems, to subjects who require such information in order to pursue the Foundation's aims, and also to press organisations or companies handling publicity for the Foundation's work.
A list of the persons responsible and the subjects who may receive such data is available and is published on the website.
The conferment of data is facultative, but an eventual refusal on your part to supply the information requested and to consent to its handling and reporting will make it impossible for the Foundation to evaluate potential collaboration and to keep you informed of the Foundation's activity.  You can apply to Fondazione Cavaliere del Lavoro Ugo Foscolo, già Presidente del Banco di Roma, via Broletto 16, 20121 Milan, in order to exercise your rights under Art. 13 of Law 675/96, which include knowing whether the Foundation holds any data which regard you and to ask for the cancellation, transformation in anonymity or block of any data treated in violation of the law or which do not need to be held in relation to the purposes for which they were collected.
